OUR GROWING COMMUNITY
Make no mistake about it there is a shift taking place. We are living in exciting times of growth and achievement. Today, Hispanic Americans are a population with a national presence. Associated with the most dramatic population growth in the United States, Latinos are now the largest minority in the country. Given that almost half of Hispanics are under 25 years old, they now constitute a large segment of the U.S. population, workforce, and electorate and this is only the beginning of future exponential growth. With a purchasing power of over $1 trillion dollars, 50 million strong population and a talent pool that permeates every industry, Hispanic Americans are an integral segment of the United States cultural landscape. We are in a social paradigm shift and today's shift is the Hispanic American experience both for Latinos and the United States as a whole.
